I 'have been eating and drinking Raw Dairy. It has CLA's and immense nutritional value. Pasturization was never meant for dairy but for wine and changed the molecules into toxins from one of the most perfect foods on Earth.

Beautiful! Yes, this is such an important food in its original form. Truly amazing to see the many ways that milk has helped humans through millennia.

Thank you LIz! I have even used raw milk with drug babies and their horrible digestive problems and they thrived. One day we will have the ability without hurting the babies of the animal, to use a valuable health food to heal ourselves and our children when we cannot provide it ourselves!!

This relates to the stories I have heard from parents of autistic children whose digestion improves with raw dairy. When we listen to people's stories, it is amazing what we can learn! Thank you for sharing some of yours.

What a great read Liz! Your post was brought up to me by a pharmacist today that shared how much he enjoyed the accuracy of your article, and how heat sensitive some of our foods are. Sometimes certain processes may be good for one application, but lethal in others (pasteurization of raw milk).
